there always is 3 side to all disputes his hers and the truth anyone wanting another side can email me at macyogi@hotmail.com

No news yet I just wanted to let you guys know....I guess I will just have to wait till we go to court and hope the judge sides with me.

Why can't you have your attorney get an emergency order against him that he cannot disperse of ANY martial property, pets included, until the divorce and property agreement is settled? I would not take this lying down. you are giving up too easy. wait for court my foot!!!!!!!!! They could be in China by then.

I have no money..none zip...zilch...i am having to move out of my house because i cant afford it anymore...I had to pick up a car payment because he left me with no transportation and I make to much money for free legal aid. So i dont have many options when it comes to getting an attorney every one i have called wants atleast a 1000 retainer and i just dont have it right now.
