Gracie will do this every once in a while, usually at the park when she is "marking". It's almost like she is saying to herself, "Come on, there has to be a few more drops in there!" It's the funniest thing to watch. Such a lady I have.

We have a Beagle Hound her name is Lulu. She had gotten ran over & we had to have a pin put in her back leg. She would walk on just her two front legs & did this for quite a while. I wish I had gotten pics. Oh well it was still something to see.

I never knew there were so many, Coco is the only one I have ever seen do this. The first time Crystal saw this, even she took a double take.

I've found a picture that will give you an idea of what we are talking about and this guy is on a slant but Coco is straight up and down...lol

My Min-Pin used to do this all the time. She would walk up to a telephone pole and stand on her front legs to pee without touching the pole. I always assumed it was part of her "Big dog" routine, i.e. wanting to mark the poles where the German Shepherds had gone!

LOL !! Now THAT just seems to be too much work to take a little pee !

In her case, I know the cause. She has hydrocephalus which causes her head to be a bit too big for her body so she tends to "tip over" towards the front. She has adapted very well though. I try not to laugh at her but sometimes I just can't help it and I bust out laughing when she does her balancing act. Then she gives me a dirty look and yells at me
