| Momiji is at her Daycare for the first time!!! I was going to post this in the morning but I got busy at work. Sooooo I took my baby princes Momiji to a daycare I found. It is THE perfect location!!! (3 blocks from where I work!!!) Smaller daycare and owner mentioned she has a yorkie at home as well so I think she is good with yorkie. I left her at 8am and I called to check on her at lunch time. They said she is doing fine. (And she said she never seen such a small yorkie!!) I'll pick her up after I get off work at 5pm. I really hope she enjoy there so I can take here there once a while when I know I'll be working long hour!!! Too bad they don't have webcam..... Do you have any advise on the daycare??? I haven't really use them before and this is the first place I am trying out. I took her for her initial evaluation today and they kept her for the day. |

| O.K. I'm not sure she enjoyed her daycare.... I peeked through before they got her from the group. Her ear was down, not sure with other dogs barking, and she run back to the back of the room where the bed was and hiding.... What do you think??? Did she like the daycare experience or she just need few more visit to get used to the environment??? |

| She needs to get used to it. It's not easy going to a new school! The only advice I would have is to be sure they separate the large and more dominant dogs from the smaller ones, and send her own food so that she doesn't come home with an upset stomach. Max is gong for 1/2 day today so that he can get some playtime in and Mommy can go to the beach without feeling bad for him being home all alone.

| Thank you both for your advise. I agree that she needs little more time to get used to the daycare. I know that she looooves to play with other dogs so I'm sure she will get hang of it soon. And yes, I definitely want her to be with other small dogs. (specially since she is only 2.3lb...) She was in the small dog room when I picked her up last night so she should be O.K. there. (But still she is so much smaller than other dogs in that area...Closest size was little Chihuahua!!) |

| Little cutie! I was the smallest kid in kindergarten. A couple of taller girls took care of me for a little while, then I was fine. She'll find someone to help her get used to it too.
