| I desperate need help ! Hi, its been a while since my last post, but please I need some help. I don't know if you guys remember me and my family found out Rex is not pure breed, so now the breeder say she mistake the Akc papers and she needs to correct it with them, I am talking about couple of weeks ago. So yesterday my husband call her and make and a appointment with her at 4 pm when we get there she wasn't there she left a note with some papers, she say those are Rex papers and now she says she was confuse with the papers but she is firm in what Rex is pure breed. I wrote all the information in the papers and numbers of dam and sire, and something really strange is the name of the person who own the litter is not her name. I call Akc this morning AGAIN and they were looking for information, so they are confuse too but know they can't do anything until I get the "NEW PAPERS' with the correct information but what it was really interesting is the date of birth of the litter, she registered the puppies born in march 7 2007 but we bought Rex in Feb 17 2007, so is impossible. All this situation is is crazy i am so tired and I need to do something, can somebody direct me in the right way? please. I need to solve this. |

| I will, its just crazy I been dealing with this situation for a while now and I am desperate already, and what akc told me is I can't do anything until I get the papers but I want to go to court to solve this I just want to be sure is the best thing to do right now or wait for the papers. I think I have the right to do it b/c we are been waiting for those papers for almost 7 months. |

IF he is not pure bred then that will possibly give you a answer to your questions about his coat. Its really interesting that she chose to miss her appointment rather than speak with you in detail about it in person. Good Luck with that. Kisses! | |

| Well you know how this is been for me, dealing with this situation for so long. But do you think is a good idea for me go to court? b/c my husband saids wait for the papers but is like waste my time in keep waiting right now they confirm the date is wrong so if she send the papers they are going to be wrong again and for me she is just trying to make some time i am tired to be waiting, I call her this morning when i found out the date of birth problem and she dosen't answer my call. |
