Ok ladies im back

My computer was offline and I spent almost 2 hour trying to fix the stupid computer

My dad got home and I asked him to please please fix it so he did

I was so excited when it worked so I asked him what he did he said " I plugged it in"

My mom unpledged it while vacuuming

Dont I feel dumb

Maureen,when you called that number I gave you about the found yorkie in Modesto. Did you ask if they had internet so you could send them a picture of Zeke. You never know,leave no stone unturned.

No I didn't I was a little taken aback by how little that man cared that "the dog" ran away... he just didn't care

I think it is smart to wait, do surveillance, maybe get a picture of the grandmother with a dog. We need people with the MPD to be on our side not against us.

We have waited 8 weeks, what is another 5 days, to me it just gives more time to get prepared, and make decisions about the course of events to take, like who will be doing the surveillance, taking pictures, talking to people, and checking on the posters.

Galatea is there any way to talk to the Dad and his son about the picture of Zeke that was shown to him, and he replied that is Tahoe? I know their house was raided, but it would be nice to talk to the dad about the picture that the child thought was Tahoe, and ask him if it is possible to see the dog that the child thought looked like Tahoe? I know the Grandmother has several dogs and could bring anyone out. But I would hate to lose what the child ID'ed as ZEKE. I know he is only 8 years old but maybe his father that is now in a little trouble might be able to help. Although I don't know why he would want to help us, if the dog really was ZEKE, and 1,000.00 did not get his interest, it leads me to believe there is a possibility that ZEKE is no longer in the possession of the Grandmother.

Do you have any suggestions on what to do with 8 yr old who made the ID as Tahoe?, when he was shown a poster of ZEKE, and he is the whole reason we are at the grandmothers in the first place. I think it is important because all yorkies look very different, unless they all have the same hair do.

Maybe that would be enough for Animal Control to want to see all the dogs as one was ID'ed by the Grandson as Tahoe, and ask the Grandmother if it is possible to see Tahoe first, or ask the Grandmother if she has a dog named Tahoe, and would it be possible to see him. I don't know if that would work that is why I am asking you. As Animal Control will be there Mon. and I don't want Tahoe also identified as ZEKE, by the grandchild to be put on the back burner. He could be living in her house, I would imagine all the mothers and their babies are in the Garage, and the rest of the dogs are outside or in the house. Who knows? I would just like to make sure Tahoe is not overlooked in the dogs that could be possibly micro chipped. Hopefully Tahoe is still on the property.

I could be in Modesto for a little while tomorrow to watch the house. Have you been back since you looked in the window?? If the neighborhood is OK I will walk Bella and Izzie and if I see someone tell them I heard they had puppies for sale.

I could not agree more!!!!!! Those are mothers that are matted, and puppies running on their own and probably eating each others feces, it breaks my heart!!!! the condition that a person would leave a mother and her babies in, is in the business of greed, nothing to do with love of the breed, just breeding and getting rid of the puppies. It hurts my soul!!!!!

I pray at the very least this lady is fined and closed down, and is never able to breed another animal again. She is breaking the law by having so many animals on her property. Let alone the conditions they are living in.

I have an idea, Can you send someone to the ladys house acting like they are interested in buying a puppy, They could always say that they heard they had puppy's from one of the neighbors, Once that person is inside they can check out the dogs and see if Zeke is there. If unable to see the older Yorkies, Just tell her you would be more interested in an older pup. If she has Zeke maybe she will show him, If she dont and has had him maybe she will say Oh I just sold an older Yorkie. I would try it.

She can't just barge into the house, if Zeke isn't there it is considered a felony.

Even if Zeke is there, if she break and enters or pushes the woman to get in, it is a criminal act.

But you have a point with the tipping off part. But the fact of the matter, is if it isn't Zeke, then she wouldn't mind showing you, right? And if you barge in to find him, and you quick run out, there's no proof. Okay, I'll shut up now.
