I wish Brody was comfortable enough to sleep on any of our beds. He does not like being up on the 2nd floor where our bedrooms are. I think he's (and possibly the cats) designated the 2nd floor as cat territory. LoL So for now he's happy in his x-pen sanctuary.

I went from a need to be close, to an independent who will follow me from room to room, but prefers his own bed. Sometimes, I just pick him up to hold him close to me. I am the one who needs to be held, belly rubs are a-okay for him.

Like people, aren't they. Probably more like my personality, aloof...
