| Esme and I are PETSITTING a CHIHUAHUA! This is soo exciting for the both of us! For me, I REALLY want a sibling for Esme, and I am hoping this will convince my husband how much fun it will be to have two (cross your fingers). For Esme, she is LOVING having this dog around to play with... of course, Esme is doing most of the playing right now. Poor Lucy (the chi) is missing her mommy. Esme is not leaving her side, she takes toys over to Lucy's bed and plays beside her! I am hoping she will feel a little more comfortable tomorrow! Here are some pics I took after Lucy's mommy left.

| I hope you ALL have a BLAST!!!!! I had my chi for about 6 1/2 months before getting Lil Bit and I worried that they would not get along.....but they seemed to bond INSTANTLY and are totally stuck to one another..... It is such a treat to get to watch them run and play and roll and run and roll and play..... AND........ it is such a treat that they will wear each other out on the days I just can't seem to gather another ounce of energy!!!! But..."caution".... you might want to think long and hard about putting them both in bed with you......UGH!!!!!! Well, that is if you want to get any sleep! |

| Your pictures are so cute! I saw the word "Chihuahua" and just had to reply! I have three little Chi's and they have three little Yorkie friends. They are all so cute together! Great breeds! Sandra Bruiser Teddy and little Chloe http://members.cox.net/wic7/Chloe.htm |

| looks like you are in for a lot of fun. You definetly need at least 2 dogs. 2 is ALWAYS better than one I have a chi and yorkie. They are soooo fun to watch. They love eachother. Hope you have fun puppy sitting!

| That first pic is so funny it looks like Esme is asking "what is that stranger doing in my bed?"

| My daughter has a chi that comes and plays with Pita and it is really fun for Pita but it wears us out. They never stop. It is a constant battle for toys and bones and it drives my hubby crazy even tho the dogs take it in stride. I love having just Pita, she's more my baby that way, when the chi is around she's more of a dog. I have 2 of every animal I have except for my yorkie, and I have found that if you have one they are more dependent on you but if they have a buddy they are more into the buddy, not that mom's not important but less important. It's like the only child thing. This is just my situation, and i'm not saying i would never get another Yorkie but right now I am just enjoying Pita. |
