We took Milo out yesterday and took him for a walk. Sooo many people on the street stopped to pet him and on girl took pictures of him. Everyone adores him, LOL. We took him to a place called Bark and Fitz. They sell toys, accessories, food, and so on. We let him pick out a few toys and he loves them. He is really great with people and loves the attention he gets, but we are worried about him around other dogs. We saw some dogs on our way to and in the store and he's not very friendly towards them. He seems terrified even though the dogs he's interacted with were perfectly well behaved and calm as could be. We're not really sure what to do about that :( |
keep him and love him for goodness sake after all he didnt ask you to adopt him give him all the love and happeness you can find after all its not his fault: |
What an adorable little boy you have...and he sounds very smart too. Maybe it's fate and you are together for a reason. I know you will love him more everyday and it won't matter if he weighs 4lbs or 20lbs. Remember he had no control over this whole thing...just a little life wanting to be kept safe and to love and be loved. :2hearts2: Be careful around strange dogs. It's your baby's instinct to be wary and not friendly. I carry a cane when I walk Ziggy. A large dog can run up can kill them in a second when you least expect it. Sadly, it has happened to members on YT.:( We look forward to seeing more of that sweet and special boy and I love his name...Milo.:) Please give him a hug for me.:big_hug: |
Awww, congrats on your beautiful baby boy. He has such an amazingly cute little face! I didn't read the whole thread but I read enough to know you are keeping him and I bet you will never regret it. I don't mean to beat the weight issue to death- I realize you are over it;) but can't help but add my own little experience in. My daughter's dog Spike was 2.4 lbs at 11 weeks and is now just barely 4 lbs so who really knows. I know you'll love him no matter what and I can't wait to see more pictures of that little cutie pie! |
Thanks for the support guys :) |
Hi i bought my puppy from Phil Gaidy on August 24, 2007. The address i went to was 25 Bells Lake rd, Nobleton. It as a discusting house, i paid 1500 for a female. Iwant you to contact me @ kimberly.murdock@bt.konicaminolta.ca i really think that you bought her brother. Im in the middle of sueing becuase i returned the puppy because the Vet told me the same thing that you got told. when i returned my puppy i gave back my vet booklet, i need all of that info becuase i think that it is not a ligitimate vet, it will help my case to get my $1500 dollars back. Hope to talk to you soon!im here until 5 today |
Hi Kimberly, I'm very sorry to hear about your misfortune. I know exactly how you feel. I sent you an email just a moment ago. Hope to hear from you. |

Sounds Fishy To Me! |

I'm not really sure what Anne Marie's vet told her. I would assume something along the lines of what mine told me. I can certainly understand her frustration, considering she got a puppy thinking one thing and was told by an expert (her vet) another thing and realized that she may have been mislead. I can also understand her reasons for returning the puppy assuming that hey hadn't bonded yet and searching for what she had originally bargained for. The illegitimate vet she's talking about would be the one that was recommended to her by the breeder (puppy mill operator). Although I don't think it's the same vet that this same individual also recommended to me, since Anne Marie told me that the vet who was recommended to her is in Montreal. However, neither one of us has been to these supposed illegitimate vets. That's really all I know at this point. I feel bad for her thought because I don't even think she got her $1500 back. This man really needs to be put away for what he's doing. |
oh ok, now I understand.. I just went back and read all the posts... now I;m cross eyed for the next hour..lol. anyways, do you have any updated photos of Milo? My little boy Tucker was 11 months old and weighed barely 3lbs when he passed away. He was 1.4 at 8 wks if that helps you any. Now I have Kallie who is 14 wks and weighs 2.13 and Stewie who is 13 wks and weighs 2.4. I am anxious to see how big they get.. and not to imply that you are stupid, but I'm getting this from one of your earlier posts. when your pup weighed 1.8 he was not almost 2 lbs. almost 2 lbs would be more like 1.15 since there are 16 oz in a pound.. at 1.8 he was a pound and a half which would make him right where Tucker was at that age and Tucker was barely 3lbs. You may have your little guy after all.. what is his weight and age now?:) |
