| leash for yorkies Hi, what is the best leash for yorkies? currently i use harness but i heard it is not good for training. |

| I've always heard the opposite. Collars are suppose to be dangerous for them, as their necks are so small, and can get hurt easily.

| yes i now, colors are dangerous, thats why i always use harness. but for training purposes harness is not effective(so i was told). |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | I trained all my dogs wearing harnesses. It takes a little more patience when you can't and should not ever snap the martingale collar on a toy dog. |

| Our trainer told us that you absolutely CAN use a harness during training and should never attempt to train with a collar with a tiny dog.

| In Aubreys first training class another yorkie was in there and she had on a harness, and the trainer never said anything about it... Just curious to know why they wont let you use a harness?? |
