Weird Sophie keeps barking at a specific space in my house, idk why. She keeps walking around it and barking but nothing's there. Does anyone elses yokie do this? |
Not sure how superstitious you are but they say that animals see and sense the presence of others (spirits, ghosts...which ever term you are comfortable with). I do believe that it happens so I would venture to say that is what is going on. |

Lulu and my cat April will do it from time to time. We always automatically say that it's my MIL back to visit...lol. Don't be scared. Some animals I guess are more protective and I guess the right word would be intuitive to things like that. |
Whew my bf came! Finally   She stopped for now..I hope its nothing |
Ziggy did that when we first brought him home...staring and barking at one spot. We think it was our Sheltie who died suddenly of a heart problem. It really made me cry because Willie would've loved Ziggy. Also, sometimes Ziggy will stare intently right above my head like he sees a ghost...it really freaks me out. |
It could be a bug or a mouse. |
I believe it too, and I do believe in spirits so when mine do it I just kind of walk away. |

I usually laugh and tell Lulu say hi to grandma (I know you never met her)...she is checking in on us and means no harm. After a minute or so she will start to calm down but still sit and watch that spot. |

Oh dear! Daisy does this at night sometimes when we're about to all go to bed. (Daisy sleeps by herself in the living room couch or her crate in pen.) She runs to the back door and barks and huffs. I think she may just be hearing something outside (mouse, stray cat, squirrel, whatever is in our backyard  ) I'm sure it's not a ghost or some "spirit"! |
