| Dark line under Boobah's eyes Took Boobah to the groomer today, she's all washed and combed. I asked the groomers what the lines were and they told me they were from "tears" I asked them if they would ever go away, they said "no". Any comments from YT? Tks..

| Try a product called Angel Eyes http://www.angelseyesonline.com/ You sprinkle it on your dog's food. Read the info they have on their site about tear stains http://www.angelseyesonline.com/abouttears.htm Make sure her food has no dyes in it and keep that area under her eyes cleaned daily.

| My vet recommended giving Jake distilled water to drink. Since he has been drinking it, he hasn't had the tearing. Good luck!

| I've hear the no dye thing too and give them bottled water to drink. Alot of water has certain minerals in it that causes the redness. Also no treats with the red dyes either. My friend has a Maltese and she has to be very careful so it will be horrible stains. |

| very interesting about the red dye. i guess that would include dingos and most jerky type treats. the eye gunk thing has baffled me for some time.
