| I am freaked out!!! Here in Utah we have this really cool little walkway that you can walk down called the jordan river parkway. Its called that because it runs down the jordan river and its just a little paved walkway that many people ride their bikes on, jog, walk their dogs...etc. While its a really cool place to walk your dog, we have had a couple rapes and several bodies found in this river. (It is suppose to be haunted as well although I have never witnessed anything) because there are no lights on the pathway and MANY bushes and bridges to hide in.So I was walking my dog Kela last night and I noticied it was getting late. So we turned around and start walking back to the car. As we turned the corner she starts growling and barking her head off. SHE NEVER BARKS!!!! The only time I have seen her bark is when she is scared. So I look around and there wasn't anyone there. I said to her "Come Kela" and she just planted her feet into the ground and wouldn't move. She just keep barking and growling. I walked further and by that point she was out of control. She was freaking out!! I started to get scared and turned around to took the long way back on the sidewalk. I dont know what she saw but I hope it NEVER happens again. Has anything like this happen to anyone here?? Was it a ghost or do you think she just knew that something bad was going to happen??

Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | I do believe dogs sense danger and strangers. I'd say she was warning you of something. Last night Bella was acting really weird and I ended up sitting up and staring at her til 3 am (im a lil paranoid over my babies) and she was very restless so i stayed up with her until she seems calm and relaxed. This morning when I got up there were 2 rolls of toilet paper in my front yard. I think someone had plans of T'P'ing us and she heard them or sensed people outside. Granite there is no dnager in T'P'ing and I have a 12 and 15 year old so I am sure it was friends Bella definately sensed something.

| OMG, years ago I had that exact same thing happen with a yorkie I had at the time. It was getting late and I was hurrying to the car and my LunaBelle went ballistic at 'something' - to this day I swear it must've been a ghost! Believe me, I never went on that path at night after that

YT 500 Club Member | WOW, Armani kept growling at the basement door one night and sitting in front of me (kind of like protecting me) turns out my dad was sitting on the stairs to the basement with the door closed talking on his cell. lol. they know something is there, even when you dont.

| That is scarey! My dog scared the life out of me once when I was home alone. She slept at the end of the bed. She got up in the middle of the night and started a low growl...just staring at the bedroom door. I was scared Sh**less! Be careful out there alone after sundown! I would be more worried about creeps in the flesh than ghosts!
