I had to pay 250.00 pet deposit and a security deposit too.

Good news is that they'll credit me the $300 I paid for a pet deposit in 2004 toward the $500 they want now. I need to come up with $200 by August and then start paying the $35 with my August 1st rent. No big.

Well, my apartment charges a $150 FEE PER PET! Luckily, they only think we have ONE! hehe Hopefully they won't find out between today and next Friday when we move out!

Sorry you got caught..Oh well ...But that is high for pet apt my son pays 10 per pet.

Unfortunately even owning a home these days doesn't exclude you from the pet limit. Some neighborhood associations here have pet limits too.

What do you do about walking them outside and stuff?
