Yorkie found by police

Wow I was surprised the police took it in the first place. I how everything works out.

UPDATE!!! The police still have her and said they had multiple people fighting over who would take her home until they found the owners. They assured me that they would either find her owners or she would go to a wonderful home. They said she is beautiful and she will NOT be going to the shelter. I had kind of hoped we could all band together and save her, but it sounds like she is in very good hands. Maybe she will join YT some day!

YAAAAYYYY!!! I just couldn't picture a little bitty yorkie in a big old cage next to a bunch of big old barking dogs. This is Great News!

I am so excited to hear the news. I'm proud of the Geneva Police Department. They sure have a heart! Most PD's would have turned this little girl right over to a shelter. I hope they find the owners.

Yea...sounds like they care what happens to this little one, so good for them! Hopefully they DO try to find his/her "real" owners though! I'm sure it's tempting when you think in the back of your head that if you don't find them, you can keep such a precious furbaby. But s/he is probably still so scared without his/her "real" family!
