|  I call it "transferred nuturing". I'm 36 and haven't had a baby yet, so I place all that nurturing that would be going to a baby, on my furbabies. It's totally normal to me, but most other people don't get it. That's why I love YT. I'm normal here!!!!!!!

| Oh yes, that is the maternal instinct kicking in. hehe I don't have human kids either, but man I'll do ANYTHING to protect my "kids"

| Donating YT 11K Club Member  | o yea that's yorkie maternal instinct I catch myself doing the same everyday. When my brother was driving fast and I had Teddy in the car with me I told him slow down and it was cause I was worried about Teddy. When I walk my babies and I am crossing the street I put myself first between the cars that are facing my way just in case something happens, I get hit not them. It's all our motherly love.
