| Yes - getting baby teeth pulled is very common in toy breeds. I had to get Biddy's baby teeth pulled when she was spayed.

| With Sammi, she had top and bottom double canines...My vet did not want to pull them until after she turned 2, that was if she still had them...They came out on there own 2 months ago without a problem...

| Most of my yorkies required a couple of baby teeth pulled. I usually have their teeth pulled the same time I get them neutered/spayed. No reason to but them under more than I have to. |

| Yep, I have had little sharks who retained 10 teeth.. It is thought to have a genetic component but my babies are sold on spay/neuter so they would not have passed it on.. |

| yep, we did too! I'm so glad I was on YT at the time cause as much as I love my vet she didn't really give a heads up on that subject. She said, well when do you want to have Bo neutered? And I was the one that suggested we wait till his permanent teeth were in. Sure enough he had 4 sets of doubles and had to have some pulled. I was able to avoid having him anesthetized twice.
