| Have you tasted your home made doggie treats? Just made home made treats tonight, Leo's treat recipe that is posted. Got to finally use my bone cookie cutter. My husband and I tasted them and really did not think they had much of a taste at all. Our yorkies loved them. Going to try peanut butter recipe tomorrow.

My Lil Man! Donating Member | Lol...talk about tasting dog stuff...I have tried the freeze dried ice cream for dogs..not bad...if it was cold it would be much better just like real ice cream, i have also had some kind of dog cookie that is in a thin red plastic bag with a yellow dog on front..I think its called Exclusively Dog Cookies Peanut Butter flavor..they were Really good! Lol. My dad had me try the Natural Balance Potato and Duck formula dry dog food and it wasnt to my liking but Reeses likes it so thats what counts! Lol. |

| Yes, I have to admit that I tried my homemade doggie treats. I used a different recipe than you, but I found them to be good, a little bland, but good none the less! I found the recipe here: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...28#post1013528 |

| Yes, I've tasted both that I've made so far. The first was just 1lb ground turkey blended up with a tablespoon of italian dressing and then spread thinly on a pan and baked. So it just tasted like bland turkey. The second was basically just a PB cookie w/ cheerios and it just tasted like a non-sweet cookie. I wouldn't try anything that I didn't know the ingredients of or if it was like a meaty cookie or something

| My son did by mistake. I baked some carob chip/peanut butter cookies (with some help from YT friends). It was funny! He said he thought I left the sugar out or something. LOL Here's the thread about it. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...ht=carob+chips
