| Strollers I think the pet strollers are really adorable. I was at a car show on Saturday and a woman there had a Maltese in a pink stroller. It was boiling hot that day and she had a little water pad of some kind that she had chilled and put under a blanket so that her Maltese would be cool. That being said, I don't know if I personally would feel foolish pushing Kalina in a stroller. However, I was holding her because she was so tired of walking and she was panting from the heat - meanwhile the little Maltese looked so cool and comfortable in her little stroller with the sun shade and the cooling gel pad!! Can anyone tell me their personal reasons for getting a stroller. I'm sure there are so many good ideas that I haven't even thought of - besides the fact that Yorkies are tiny and they get tired on long walks.

| They're awesome. I keep saying I'm going to get one but I never do lolol Now that I just read this thread, I'm going to order one on-line now instead of trying to find one in a store.

| They actually serve a practical purpose if that would help you feel less foolish. When your baby is zipped up in a stroller it keeps other people's hands OFF of them! This is VERY important to me as I do not like other people touching or, god forbid, picking up Susanah. It can also keep them cooler/warmer when walking and it saves their little legs and your arms when doing a lot of shopping/walking! I'd like to know what kind of cooling pad she had. We need one of those!

| Well where I live a pet stroller is a rare thing so I don't intend to use it often . . . I decided to get one from here when a special YT friend was trying to sell hers and because the price was right I bought it. After using it for the first time at a pet fest, I am so happy I got it because my Annika was tucked safely in her stroller while I can be busy browsing not having to worry about her being stepped on but passers by. I particularly won't be using it often, just when I know there are too many people around like trade shows, flea market areas and stuff |

| We have a stroller and USE it!! We love taking our babies everywhere, even the malls. The hot asphalt is just too much for tender pads and holding them only makes them that much hotter and so would we be also. With the stroller they are in the shade and off the hot pavement. In malls we are never told to leave since we have them in the stroller. |

| I just thought of another reason having a stroller is a great idea. When we do eat at outside eating areas the stroller keeps them from laying on hot pavement or getting tangled around the table and chair legs. |

| A couple months ago, I bought a twin stroller. With 4 babies at the time, now I have 5, I definitely need a stroller. I don't use it a lot, we can't go a lot with that many , but it sure comes in handy when we do. Of course I can't take it very far, everybody wants to see what's inside. I'll have to try to get a picture. |

| We bought one before Yorkie Fair this year and it was great to have it along with us. We used it mainly for the girls. Rocky was not real secure in it and wanted to be carried. My granddaughter's use it to take the girls for walks around the block. It gets me away from those "Can I hold the leash???" questions. It's also made a nice bed for Sunnie in the house when I'm on the computer, she can nap and keep an eye on me.

| I want a pet stroller, but I don't have one yet. I think it would be so much easier when we go to the mall, and I have to carry things other than him, and it would help on walks, because sometimes he gets so tired and hot, but he doesn't want to be held. I want one thats not bulky though, just light and small, and thats proven hard to find.

| We love our stroller. It makes things alot easier when you have two yorkies, especially when I go to the vet or take them to Petsmart. I also do not want peoples' hands on my girls. You can look, but don't touch |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I origanlly got one because I liked to take Cali for walks and Maya my 10 year old pom couldn't walk very far but wanted to come with. So I told my girlfriend I was thinking of getting one but felt a little funny, She said say what I do I am 54 yers old and I can do what I want. So got one and I love it, I don't like to take my girls aound a lot of other strange dogs due to so many vet visits already so this works well and Pixie is shy outside so she is happy in the strolle with Maya and Cali can walk until she gets tired and then she joins them.

| We love our Happy Trails stroller, had it for many years and it keeps our little girls safe, secure and happy. We don't like people poking at them and taking pictures all the time and the netting on it keeps them protected from everything including insects. We have two little 5 lb. yorkies and they fit perfectly in it and just love to ride. We are seniors and the girls are 8 and 10 yrs old, they prefer riding and we enjoy pushing them around. Some people do a 'double take', and we just all laugh when they say " Oh, I thought you had a baby in there.". We say, we do, we have 2 babies in there. The stroller is the most handiest dog item anyone can have. Happy Trails to all ! Lacey, Lindsey and Mom & Dad |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | The dogs like the strollers; it lets us go further on walks when they tire out; I have a place to keep my pups off the floor when we go out for lunch. I travel with mine--easier in the airports to get to and from the airplane. |
