| I couldn't live in California -- huge sinkholes, mudslides, fires, earthquakes . . . . I'll stick to hurricanes, thank you! Glad you're okay! Lisa

| So glad everyone's OK. We lived in San Fran for almost five years and only experienced a few quakes/tremors but it's always a jarring experience. Well, we learned that Mojito does not like thunder and lightning. We had a crazy storm yesterday evening and he kept running back and forth to the windows and staring at the lightning and barking at the thunder. Our furbabies are so sensitive!! |

| Hurricanes in the east, tornadoes in the middlewest, earthquakes in the west. A least we all have something in common. Even though we have hurricanes I wouldn't want to be in tornadoes and earthquakes. Thank goodness.

| I always want to run out of the house!!! My husband has to try and keep me calm, but I shake like crazy!! I start calling all the kids to make sure they're o.k.......earthquakes are so scary because we don't know they are coming or if they are going to get worse. I always worry that somewhere was just leveled too.....whew! Just a little one this am though. I laughed at you running out naked!! Years ago, when I had small children, we had a pretty strong early am quake and I grabbed the baby and ran out to the livingroom, topless in front of family members!!! Who cares if you're naked, you just want OUT!!!!!!! |

| I hope everyone is ok!!! Oh my goodness!!! I think I would rather deal with this crappy weather here in ohio rather than earthquakes!!! When I was in LA back in 1998, There was a small quake while I was there and I turned into a crazy woman and my friends had to calm me down. And they were like its not too big a deal. They said they get used to it!!! How????? Glad you are all OK!!!!

I lived there for a short time - why ANYONE would want those houses on STILTS is way beyond what my brain could handle - I was in AWE of those scary looking homes. They look like a rainstorm could take them down | |
