| What was your first... Drama type thread (good or bad) that you remember from when you first joined YT??? For me, I came here with poop problems with TJ, so for a while I was always looking for help and advice. But once he started to get better and I started to learn my way around the different forums, I came across the thread where (eensor) recused those pups and that's when Peanut became part of her family. I will never forget this thread! I was GLUED to YT at work and raced home just to catch up on what had happened! This was my first Drama (good) thread and what happiness it brought me, so much, that I will never forget that feeling of intense hope and excitement! http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18334 SO WHAT'S YOUR???? |

| The one that really stands out in my mind is the one from ssmiles1980A where her little Ella had a tragic accident and after a brave struggle to live, she lost her battle and died. There were so many caring YT people who prayed for her and offered support and even offered her a new puppy. In the end ssmiles got Ella's little littermate. We all felt the pain and joy along with ssmiles. I will never forget it. Another that I followed with enthusiasm was the Brushy Creek Kennel Investigation.

Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | More good than bad Oh geesh... Sad to say both my memories are bad.....I joined because Diggy was having seizures.... The first thread I followed...well I dont really wanna mention....it was in the R.I.P. forum and I cried like a baby....I didnt post in it much but it was what really intrigued me to read on..... Then I started getting replies on Diggy, and what could cause seizures...people were PM'ing me and seriously I walked away from the computer after being in YT feeling like I had about 50 arms wrapped around me hugging me. I have to admit I felt weird I was like am I seriously turning to strangers for comfort??? I mean I have a great Family! Then I just didnt care, too late...I have fallen in love with the friendships in here, the knowledge, and most of the comfort in others loving their Yorkies like I do Thanks for starting this thread...it really is a good one

| My first one was bad and it was my own thread where I revealed I just bought a 12 ounce 8 week old pup (Jewels). It got pretty harry with some of the responses and my defensive responses

| hmmm... The first thread I posted was a about needing a good groomer in my area. Since I've only been on here for a little while (joined Feb 07), the first ''drama'' thread I remember was about Vanessa Williams missing yorkie, who was later found.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I remember my first drama'ish thread - A Member had Cancer and needed to be treated in Houston but was very worried about her yorkies so I was going to babysit for her - YT was so small then - there was no one in Houston on the site at that time I don't think....it had a happy ending - they had an RV and were able to stay in Galveston with their yorkies and she came thru the Kemo...... |
