| Two weeks ago they had a little yorkie with about the same problems. They even went as far as every meal the yorkie would be up on the table and they would spoon feed him, she had a field day with that one. She had to train it to eat from a dog bowl. By the end of show, they had a little baby yorkie sister for him. |

| i saw that one... the funny thing was the yorkie wouldnt even let the husband sit down on the couch with his wife or sleep in the same bed. LOL did you see the trainers face when she saw the dog eating on the table. LOL i thought she was gonna lose it right there |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I think that show is a hoot - the dogs crack me up - the people crack me up more and the trainer seems pretty good even though I don't agree with her saying dogs get humilated wearing clothes - my girls ADORE getting dressed - the excitment starts the minute they see something in my hand and they skip around waiting for me to put it on them I look at shows like that as entertainment only - WITH a few good tips thrown in .....and that Hotdog was a RIOT. I don't know if I'd want to live with a dog with such issues but holy cow was he funny - the yorkie was too. I have a feeling they show us the extreme in training issues to make it look better for tv |

| I saw the yorkie show and I did think that the owners were carrying "love" to the extreme. The yorkie wouldn't even let the husband in bed with his wife I too watch it for entertainment value. The lady trainer does give good tips sometimes.

| LOL I watch all of her shows and although sometimes I think she is a little harsh on people, I have tried several of her training methods and by gosh they work and they work well. She would still have a hay day here though.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Yeah, the Yorkie episode was extreme. That's just way over the top. But my dog IS my baby. Anyone, trainer or otherwise, who doesn't like that can just kiss my butt. |

| I have seen the show a few times and there are some good suggestions on it but I think the trainer seems a little bit inconsistent. She said the Hotdog is embarrassed when the owner dresses it and then at the end of the show the owner bought it a heavy duty coat and that was okay. What is the difference? Then on the Yorkie show it was wearing some type of clothing outside but she didn't say anything about that.

| Well up here in N.E. Texas, we don't have dogs either, we have "babies" or just simply Yorkies..but dogs no way! Lol...I have watched her before and she does have some good pointers...but she would drop her jaw here if she saw how we share things on spoons and forks, have wake-up in the morning luster lick make-out sessions and if the grounds wet outside, they wouldn't dare get their little pawsys wet, they walk back in the house..going eeeewww, wipe my feet, please and get out the pee pads cause I'm not going through that again....We are just a "lost case" here....do I hear any Amens???
