| Question Can some one tell me how long you have to wait to take your dog a bath after you put on the flea medication? |

| you shouldn't bathe them immediately before, it strips the oils that carry the meds over their body. i think my vet said to wait at least 24-48 hours. by that time, it should have spread completely. she also said to make sure you use "detergent free" shampoo. (whatever that means) |

| It's okay to bathe after 3 days, if you're pup is THAT stinky, then two days should be okay too... :P

| I wait only 24 hours, per my vet's instructions. I prefer not leaving poisons on their skin longer than that.
