| I got my cage at Petsmart, it was a Midwest Life Stages Crate and I think it was a 22" and it fits him perfectly now. They even make beds for that crate, I just put a blanket over the bed. He loves it. |

| I use conditioner as well. I also use a spray on conditioner for in-between brushing. I got our cage at the Tractor Supply Co, it is 2' tall; I think you might need this by the time they are grown. We also have a 3' cage, but you can't step over it. Only one of my girls can jump the 2'.

| Congrats on the high marks! You must be so excited to get your new little puppy..I know I definitely was! In order to prepare before I got Luigi, I went to Petco and other pet supply stores to get basic essentials: -crate (if you plan to crate train him. if not, you can just get one and it can be used as a little den/bed [line it with blankets] for the little guy. they should have their own cozy little place to sleep and mostdogs naturally like being in a sort of "den") -peepee pads/newspapers (i bought this tray from Petco that holds the pads in place, so that your puppy doesn't end up pulling the paper out and tearing it to shreds. it works great, and Luigi is doing so well with his potty training) -shampoo (tear free) -comb (yorkies obviously got some hair on them, so find a comb with more fine teeth that wont break their hair) -leash/harness/collar/ID -nutrical (it's a tasty, toothpaste like treat that helps give puppies those extra calories they may need) -food dish/water bowl -food! (if you get the pup from a breeder, ask what kind of food they've been feeding him/her. and make sure it wasn't included in that food recall list!) -some toys, maybe a mini doggy one that can keep him company ..that's all i can think of for now. hope that helps! good luck hun! let us know when you get your new little baby!

| oh! and maybe a baby gate or pen of some sort if you want to keep him in a smaller area of your house. it helps with training and prevents him from having complete free roam of your place and pooping/peeing everywhere! also, if you're not able to watch him, at least you'll know where he is in your house and that he's not roaming around getting into danger or trouble.
