| I am no help here except to say be glad you just have one sitting on you and in the bathroom with you. Try having 9 sitting on you whenever you sit down or lay down. Sometimes I feel like I have an elephant sitting on me. |

| awww she just wants to be close to you! Try giving her a toy or something she can chew on when you want some time to yourself and see if that helps. You can also try crating her while you eat. good luck! |

| It must be a Yorkie thing!! I have two that do the exact same thing, except now they don't scratch at the bathroom door, but they lay down inches from it! If I don't want to hold them when I'm on the computer I just ignore them and they will go lay in their beds. I've NEVER acknowledged them at the table at all. I don't like dogs begging or wanting picked up at the table. I put them in the expen when we would eat till they were over a year old, then after that we totally ignored them if they came around while we were eating. They don't even give us a second look now. It's all about ignoring when you don't want them being pesty. |

| Hi, Welcome to Yorkie Talk. If Bailey's only 10 wks old then the only thing that she knows is to "follow-the-leader" (& eat poop but we'll save that one for later). Sometimes they go through a "fear period" at 3-4 months and will stick like glue to you. She'll become more independant when she's older, she's still a little baby. Just talk to her and if you have to crate her when you eat and go to the bathroom, then do it. You can start giving her limits now, a little at a time. She'll learn it now (in the next 6 mos) and it'll pay off when she's older. They are curious and tenacious and so smart, they just are not born understanding our language. Give her Yorkie Hugs from us, post some pictures of your little darling if you can & again, Welcome.
