YT Addict | I hate having to say this.... In the Yorkie breed there isn't a tea cup group. Who ever told you there is, wasn't honest with you. (Breeder or not) Check with the AKC or even ACA if you want to double check but I now for a fact that there isn't a tea cup group in the Yorkie breed. I don't know about your furbaby but LullaBelle stoped growing at around 8mos. I would check the Growth charts here on YT just remember all pups are different. |

| Small breeds grow until 1yr old... And since the pups have spurs of growth at different periods of time then slow down, ppl think the pup has stopped growing before 1yr of age... but in fact the growth is only veryyyy slow... |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | I don't know..I have heard up to a yr they stop. I think your may ba a bigger yorkie...maybe 9 lbs full grown. He could also stop growing and stay 5 lbs but you never know. My boy Teddy I was told was going to be around 3 lbs, he is now 1 yr old and 9 lbs full grown. He hasn't grown in 2 months.

| Penny had reached her full height by about 8 months but continued to fill out a bit until about 1 year. The growth in those last four months is so slight you really don't notice. Riley's been sitting at 2.9 lbs for 6 weeks or so now. She's 8.5 months old so we'll see if she fills out any more. |
