| Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | Hi Everyone, Just wanted to let you know that Papi phoned us today. He has apointments for tests on the 10th, 11th. Four days in a row of tests and Dr. apointments. He should know all the results and what the Specialists plan to do by the end of next week. Papi is very nervous on having to do the stress test on the 10th. He asks that you all especially pray for him about that. Yes, his birthday is the 10th and he is scheduled for two tests that day. The cards he has recieved from his Yorkie Talk Family members, he so appreciates each and every one, he says thank you, thank you many times over, they mean so much to him. Papi said he would love for folks to start posting here in the thread and share a moment to treasure with your yorkie, he said he would enjoy reading and learning more about each of your yorkies when he is able to come back on line and share all his precious memories to treasure with PattiCake. Lauren love the one of Mango and your hubby and their Snore Symphony, LOL. Papi would love to have Baker Man's mommie post pictures of him here and share about him too, he said he wants to keep up with him also. Jack and I feel Papi would be in here posting himself if he wasn't so stressed out over all that he is going through, the waiting to find out exactly where the larger aneurysm is located, really is mind boggling to him. Dr.s increased his BP medication to keep it down so thankfully that is doing as it should. PattiCake's learning and training is going great, I think she has learned that the alarm clock don't go off early at their home so she has learnt to sleep in with him, and patiently waits now to go out with him. He has taken lots of pictures and will post for you all when he is back. They had a vet apt. today and she got the bordetella shot and his vet said she was one happy healthy little girl. I think she weighed 4 lb. 2 oz. The vet was Papi's vet with Kassie and he was so thrilled about Papi getting her. Papi shares his Papi Train Happy Train story with everyone that will listen to him once again before I sign off here, he says thank you so much for all that you each have done to help him have the happiness with PattiCake something he could not believe could have ever been, he loves her dearly and is forever grateful for the love you all had to help him get her. Will come back next time we hear from Papi or his daughters. Papi sends you all a hug and PattiCake kisses from his darling little girl. Hugs to all from the both of us, Patti and Jack |

| Donating YT 500 Club Member | Thanks so much for keeping us up to date, Patti! Here is hoping for great news for Papi and for healthy days for you and Jack as well. Papi, some of my happiest times with Ozzie are waking up in the morning. He will let me know that he has to go potty by giving me kisses. If it's urgent he will kiss me then go to the foot of the bed. If it's not, he will just curl up beside me again until I get up. Last edited by Ozzie'sperson; 07-06-2007 at 09:57 PM. |

| Patti, Thank you SO much for the update on Papi. I have been so worried about him. It's an amazing thing - timing - I think it is truly a blessing that Patticake came into his life just before all of this happened. Yorkie babies are the most amazing stress relievers. Patticake was meant to be by his side during his ordeal. He has this precious little furball to divert his attention away, for a time, from the worry of his potential diagnosis. Every night, instead of lying in bed alone, with those dreadful "4 o'clock in the morning" thoughts, when consumed with worry like he is, he has that little body snuggled up against him. What a comfort! Bless you Patti, for keeping us updated. Send Papi hugs, love and prayers from me when you speak with him again. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

| Thank you so much for the update. As to moments with Murfee there are too many to list. My son and dil got him as a surprise for me 3 years ago. Since the moment they placed him in my arms it has been true love. We have taken him camping with us since he was about 3 months old. We say he has over 37000 miles on him When I was in the hospital recently,my daughter snuck him in to see me 3 times. Of course the nurses knew and kept watch so we didn't get caught. Papi my prayers are with you and all of your tests. I am so glad that you have Patticake to cuddle. Patty and Murfee |

| I'm saying my daily prayers for you Papi...Hope Patticake is being a good girl for you, and watching out for you...as Kassie is watching over you!!! Winston will sit on my lap, facing me, and as I'm petting him...scratching his cute little ears...it's like he's in a trance, but the second I stop...he'll take his tiny paw and pat my face...ever so softly...It is so cute. And he'll do that every single time I stop, it's as if he's telling me "Don't stop, do it some more!!!" Hope that all goes well with your testing...And they are able to find the best treatment plan. Keep your spirits and your chin up...you'll see everything will work out. Patti, Give Papi my love next time you speak with him, tell him my thoughts are with him...and that I only wish him well. Thanks for your kind updates, we appreciate it more then you know. Hugs all around!!!

| Hi Everyone, Just Wanted To Throw Out A "happy Birthday" To Papi From Jd And I. I Too Want To Add A Couple Of Thoughts On Things Jd Has Done For Papi To Know My Pup. His First Christmas, As I Was Decorating The Tree He Came Dragging Up The Steps From The Basement Santa Claus, And Put It Under The Tree. I'd Only Had Him About 4 Weeks And He Was 6 Months Old At The Time. Think We Really Bonded At That Moment, It Was Really Special. The Other Thing I Like So Much Is His Posing For The Camera, People Who Have Seen Him When I Line Him Up In Displays Moving Him About Think He Is A Pro. I Give Out His Calendar At Christmas For My Family, They All Love It. He's Seven Now, Such A Joy, There All Different, I've Had 3, And I'd Say Yorkie's Are The Best Little Furball Out There!!!

| Hello to you dear Papi and Patticake, We are very happy to hear that you would like some pictures and stories about Baker. We are going to post the pictures that we think best show his personality. He is quite a little character!!! We took him to the vet yesterday. She said that he is a "rebellious teenager now." You know he has 2 step-sisters in his home. Rosie is the 4 year old Cockapoo and Lucinda our 2 year old Morkie (that looks like a beautiful Yorkie.) Anyway, Lucinda is the boss around here but Baker is persistently challenging her status!!! Suffice it to say.....he is all boy around her these days! Let me give one more hint....he is getting neutered this Thursday!!! He weighs a whopping 3.9 as of Saturday. I know it is accurate as he sat very still and nicely on the vets scale! He loves his little squeaky toys especially the green squeaky monkey that we bought him in Florida. He has also been trying to steal Rosies favorite stuffed horse which is almost as large as he is. He looks so comical running down the hall with it in his mouth!!! He loves his dog bed for his afternoon nap but sleeps with us and Rosie and Lucinda. He likes to sleep right above the pillows! This causes him to be sorta smashed across the headboard but he INSISTS on sleeping there! He is learning to use the dog door. Until he is house trained, he wears a "belly band" when we are not home. He has accepted it very well but it is hilarious when we first put it on him because he walks with his bottom half turned sideways!!! He does that for about the first minute and then adapts. He is a very happy little boy. He smiles a lot. He kisses all the time. He does "talk" especially to Lucinda. She is his idol.He is so very adorable. We like to take him everywhere that we can and everyone loves him. Especially Yorkie owners who always comment on his "teddy bear face." He is very fluffy with cottony hair. We bathe him every 4 days or so in the sink. We wil include a photo of him after his bath. He is the perfect addition to our little family. We hope that this brings you up to date. We will always keep in touch with you and Patticake. |

| Ahhh...Bakers Man is simply gorgeous...or should I say handsome...as he is all boy after all!!! Loved hearing all the news about him, it sounds like he's a handful. Papi, Hugs and more prayers to you. The stress test is a necessary evil...they need to know that your heart is fine. We all know your heart is sweet and kind...but I guess that's not what the doctor ordered. Don't worry, it's really not that bad...I remember my dad having his done, I was more worried about it then he was...and his was okay, passed it with flying colors and he had a previous heart attack with a stent placed years before. So sit back, chill out...do some snuggling with your Patticake...and know that Kassie is looking over you...remember, she's your precious little guardian angel. She won't let anything bad happen to her Papi. Get well soon, so we can hear another story or two...Hugs and Love...As Ever,

| Thank you for such sweet comments. I got to thinking that I have not posted any pictures of Lucinda in so long. We just took some yesterday. She is now 18 months old. She is Morkie but doesn't she look mostly Yorkie? |

| Gosh, Lucinda most definitely looks more Yorkie then Morkie...I would have never guessed...but I'm no expert. She is beautiful though.
