Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you all know that Papi's daughter Stacey phoned us this afternoon to give us update on how Papi is doing.

The Dr.'s are saying it will be 6 to 8 weeks before he really starts feeling lot better.

Papi really appreciates all the cards, notes, and letters that he has received, his daughter said he wants to thank everyone, however for him to come on line he isn't able to as he is just terribly weak.

He isn't answering his phone calls nor calling anyone, she said he is just having a difficult time, and is not very strong.

I am so thankful to say that PattiCake sure has been a God-Send to him, she is what is keeping Papi afloat. Once again, all the YT'ers that shared in the support for Papi in getting PattiCake moneterily and those that prayed for it to come about, please know that you all made such a difference with her coming into his life. Brenda, thank you for being the caring breeder you were and that Papi was blessed to get this little one from you.

Stacey said that as soon as Papi is strong enough that he will come back to posting here on his thread.

We just gotta keep praying for him that as the days go by he will feel all our prayers and regain the strength he needs to push on in life.

Jack and I will continue keeping in touch with his daughter Stacey and keep you all updated. Stacey really needs our support through our prayers in helping her Dad.

Papi is having a very difficult time bouncing back.

Maybe he is having a hard time because they released him so soon. I feel so bad that he is not doing so well and having such a hard time gaining his strength back. I am going to send him another card to wish him luck getting better. Take care Papi and get well soon.

I too will be sending another card...and I will continue to pray that he regains his strength very soon. Papi we miss you and want you well again ASAP.

Looks like we will have Papi's and PattiCake's

throw ready to mail to him this coming Tuesday, in using the metallic marker pens for fabrics Jack and I are placing names of those that have posted in this thread he started. These are what we have so far.

From the minute I heard you weren't feeling well.

The inside Says
I've asked God to help you get better.
to help your body heal. I've also asked him to lift your spirts and not let
this get you down. He knows how much we care for you, how much we want you to get well.

Then the inside I made it another picture that says.

LOL, Hey I found myself on there too, it is the typical me these days, I am the very first one on there. LOL look at those legs, they don't know if they are coming or going

So Thats you? LOL I was wondering what you looked like, now we know. Thats the way i am too, dont know if im coming or going. lol I wished Id found a better bounch of people to use for us, But with dial up and the long forever wait on pages to load, I couldnt be to pickey. so we have to settle for those ones. lol

I'm very sorry I wasn't on this thread from the beginning.... But I'm here now and I am sending lots of prayers to Papi & Patticake. I hope he gets better soon so he can be with his YT family again!
I'm glad that his daughters have been there with him to help out!

I'll be checking this regularly for more good updates on Papi & Patticake!!!

Hope you feel better soon Papi... Your YT family misses you alot. reading through all these replies you can really see that you are loved and missed here!!
