				 | Papi!!! Wow, what a pleasant surprise. Gee, I miss you, PattiCake and of course your posts. I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw your post. Your little girl looks great, you should see Winston, he is now pushing the 9 pound mark, talk about a tubby puppy!!! But I love each and every ounce of him, although I do wish he were a tad lighter. We're working on his "diet"...LOL!!! Please, please come by more often...this has been great. Thanks...

				 | Jane Conway - Our dear Friend Hello my Yorkie friends, Yes it has been a very long time, where, how are we, what's been going on in Patticake's life and mine, must momentarily take a backburner at this time, I can say this, Patticake is very well, weighs 6.2 lbs. me, I'm doing fair. Sadly as many of you have been informed already, and we just found out from Connie, Patti & Jack, a dear friend to all of us here on Yorkie Talk and the Patticake thread, is facing a dire, troubling time in her life. I was disheartened, my heart sank as I know your's did also upon hearing of Janie's circumstance, I honestly don't want to say it, it saddens me to say but Jane has ovarian cancer in last stage's from what I was told, I wish, hope this information wrong, and there's still hope. What to do, what does one say at a time like this, how do we give comfort to Janie ? I imagine we can individually and collectively contiue to support, to love her, give comfort, and solace in whatever way we possibly can, are capable of, after all we are only human souls, we are limited sadly, which one of us if only we had the power of the Supreme One (God) would not extend our hand, reach out, touch her with a finger, and heal Janie's cancer, we can't. We can only pray for our dear friend Janie, help comfort, support her whatever way we can in this trialsome time in her life, and I'm sure many of you have for sometime now. Why am I here after all this time ? I am here because of all the love I have been shown by my patient Yorkie Talk friends, for Patticake. I'm here to pay forward I'm here for Janie as you are. Please if anyone here is now engaged in a support criteria for Jane please contact me, I would also like to help. Janie, if you happen to read this, I wish you to know my thoughts, my prayers, my heart goes out to you. We care, we love you Papi & Patticake

There is a prayer thread here for Janie that you might want to have a look at. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/spe...s-prayers.html I know that Janie would love to hear from you! Welcome back, Papi and I hope we can stay in touch. You and Patticake are so special! *HUG*

I appreciate your warm welcome though as you, and many friends who came to know Janie, saddened at the circumstances which brought me back here, yet sincerely thank you for letting me know our dear Janie is under going a trialsome period in her life, and how important it is to give back the love Janie has always given us, and this community. -------------- I am humbled to hear, and never knew Janie came to Yorkie Talk because of my thread but the truth is our thread you and all the friends here on the Patticake Train that drew Janie to join (love begets love) she was/is of the same heart as all the friends in this thread, that's what I believe brought Janie here, her own heart, warmth, kindness, and compassion which impelled her to seek those like, and who expressed the same loving kindness, concern for other's ---------------- Yes! that's what I believe --------------------- I can only add along with all of you my friends my heartfelt prayer's for Janie, that our collective prayer's will be heard, God will hear, know what a special soul, how much Janie is loved by so many, and gather her into his spiritual arms and give her comfort and peace. Connie I tried messaging you on FB, don't think your set up for it, also Patti & Jack I can't message on FB either but the good news is Janie and I are now friends and we can message, communicate (so there) I've been going through our/your thread here, and how Patticake, and I miss all of you, your kindness, warmth, and more patience than Job himself. Love to all Papi & Patticake

Hi Papi, thank you for doing something that meant so much to Janie. It was through your thread Papi that Janie joined Yorkie Talk, she always speaks so highly of you and how greatful she was in being blessed with many new friends here, whom have come to be very important people in her life. All because of finding your thread and seeing all the loving, caring people, Dear Janie came into the lives of many of us and into our hearts. Yorkie Talk is a wonderful site to learn all we can about the Precious Yorkie Breed, through it's many wonderful breeders so many have been able to get their yorkie such as we and you did, the many people that are here to offer their knowledge when ones furlove is ill, to be here not only for them but for their care taker too. To have the many wonderful vendors to purchase from for our furloves, to have the support and love from so many to keep this site up and going, without that we all couldn't be here. Papi I just now previewd my posting and see you were here and also Patty58 Welcome back Papi and PattiCake. I know so many will enjoy your being back. God's Blessings to you. Patti and Jack and Girls. | |

				 | I didn't know Patti, I haven't been on YT for so long. Today, through email I got a message that you had posted. After reading the other posts, I realized the Janie is very ill. I had no idea. I will be praying for her and thinking of her. Is there anyway we can get to her FB page and leave our thoughts, comfort her in some way?? Bad news on my end. PTSD, Panic Disorder w/agoraphobia, degenerative disc disease, and a host of other ailments are getting the better of me. I can no longer work and drs. adviced filing for disability. I did that and was last Friday that a decision has been made. I'm praying for a favorable one. It's been a rough (to say the least) last year and especially the last few months with no income. But as long as I have Deucy and God, I know I will make it. God has already sent me SO many angels to help when I need it!!! THANK GOD. Patti, please call when you have time. I still have no long distance but if you do, my phone is 620-724-6423. I had to move again last year to my current place. It's an old gas station, brick that was made into a little house. One thing Deucy started doing the other day...at age 7 now, is chewing on cords!! I don't know why he started this but now, I unplug every cord if I have to leave the house to care for Mom at the nursing home. When it is unplugged, the answering maching doesn't come on and it just rings and rings on your end. I always plug it back in as soon as I get back home. LOVE YOU SO MUCH and MISS talking with you. |
