| ..must...clean...house... ...must click on the "x" and get out of the swirling web of Yorkie talk...must set limits on my own computer time like I do with my 15 year old...must tell myself, "no more Yorkie Talk until you clean your house"......

| I think we need a minimum post rule. You can't do something responsible until you have made 50 posts.

| Yes, it would be a vicious cycle...I guess you could have a moderator that says, "What are you doing here?? Get back to work." But again, it would defeat the purpose of the website by running off your users...unless they could find a way to fine you if you exceed your time quota...LOL

| OMG--so true! I was just thinking the same thing...I was telling myself, "GET UP and CLEAN!!!!" I have been on YT on and off all morning. Everytime I leave the computer, I think of something I "need" in the computer room, and then I am right back on YT again! I am even "neglecting" the babies (really not, they are sleeping!).

| I feel ya girl! I've been hoping for a rainy weekend so I can get things done inside the house, clean, declutter, etc. But here it is.. a nasty saturday, and I'm sitting in front of the puter or layin on the couch. Life is good, isn't it. Otis is laying in the chair with me on my lap. I wouldn't want to disturb his nap.

| Ohhhh... I got it! We are all paying a dollar per post into a fund and with the money we hire a cleaning crew that goes from YT member to YT member and cleans the houses. Whatchathink????? But we have to make sure the cleaning people are either cat people or illiterat, the other wise they would hang out with us on YT................ Last edited by Mitzis Mom; 06-23-2007 at 08:53 AM. |

| No, Help here, laundry still in piles on the floor to go into washer and the dishes are still there. I got the bed changed, but that is it, and am back here again. Hubby wont say anything as long as he has a pocket tee shirt to wear so that can be done in the sink.LOLOL If your house is like mine, the work will still be there when you are ready, no housework pixies live here.

| LOL I've been trying to do the same thing. So I've been leaving YT open and I take some quick breaks in between putting things away.

| LOLOLOL I totally know what you mean! But I have actually been good today! I have been multi-tasking...and I already have the morning dishes done (and it's only afternoon LMAO) and the laundry is folded (haven't torn myself away yet to put it in the drawers) and I use the excuse that I am listing items on ebay while I have YT pulled up so I am good...hubby thinks I am accomplishing something while online so today I am getting away with it.. LOL Oh and I am baking too!
