| Tobi ate something bad...AGAIN! --> Need advice. I took Tobi for a walk in my neighbourhood just now, and he was sniffing around some flowers (as he usually does). Then, he pulled something white out (looked like old sandwich meat) from underneath the flowers, and proceeded to stuff it ALL in his mouth! I tried to pull it out of his mouth (and was almost successful), but he clamped down HARD and BIT ME! He bit me so hard that I now have multiple puncture wounds on my fingers! He then SWALLOWED the WHOLE piece of meat (looked like 1 thick slice ) How bad is this and what should I do now? I've read on here that you can give him some bleach mix or something to get him to throw it up..but I don't have bleach at home!!!

| No No No you dont give bleach that would kill him. You give a tiny bit of peroxide. I think he will be fine though

| Oops...I mixed that up...not bleach, but peroxide. So he should be ok then? The meat looked really (for lack of better word) OLD.

| I think he will be fine. Dogs digestive systems are more complex than ours and they can digest old meat like that without getting salamonella. Just keep an eye on him he may get runny stools from it
