I just got back from my dog shows, and wanted to check in. I also emailed those people, and I have a feeling that they speak only spanish, and I think that we need someone on this forum that speaks spanish to also email them so that their will not be a communication breakdown. I am still waiting to hear back from the lady and the billboard information. If we had to choose between a billboard, and posting flyers because of the financial situation, which would you choose as the most important?

Please know I am always searching puppyfind and have yet to come by anything that would lead us to Zeke, Still praying for him to come home, and please know any Gifts to help with posters, flyers, possibly a billboard will be most appreciated. We are not about to give up now. It has been 30 days, and it took us quite a while before we got this organized, so now we know what we have to do and have been doing it. We just have to keep doing what we are doing, and making sure everyone in every area possible has flyers to hand out, and post!!!!!! So we can stay on the trail that will lead us to ZEKE.

Thank you all again, from the bottom of my heart I thank you!!!! I can not be a peace till this little guy comes home! I continue to pray for his safe return.

Thank you all so much, for your prayers, gifts, help and support that you have given us, it is the light in our search for Zeke! It is also what helps Maureen get through each day, you all are wonderful for all the kind things you have done to get us this far. We can't quit now!!!!!!! We have really only just started.!! Staying focused, and continuing to pass out posters and flyers, someone is bound to come forward, he can't be that far away!!!!!!!

You are soooooooo right on that one, take a long hair yorkie to a puppy and you have a whole new dog. I have done the same thing, even my husband has a hard time recognizing our babies when I get them all groomed and trimmed. He could also be very different because he is dirty, so we need to focus on time lost, weight, and the fact that he is neutered, age, and micro chipped is the big one!!!!!

Thank the Lord he is micro chipped!!!!!

It's only a matter of time that he is taken to the Vet, and may God be with us to make sure that Vet checks him with his micro chip wand!!!!!!

I know what you mean, when Zeke got his first puppy cut it was so short he didnt look the same.

Like I said in an earlier post, If you haven't got hope, than what do we have!!!!!!! Believe me I still have a lot of hope, as I feel we have a good start now, and if we just continue doing what we are doing, something is bound to break loose!!!!!!

Does any one remember that song that goes miles and miles and miles of hope, I vaguely remember it, it should be our theme song. All you gotta do is hope, something like that, I know all you youngsters don't remember that song, but maybe some of you gals my age remember it. If so we need the lyrics, and the name of the song, so I can sing it to Maureen every now and then when she gets down. So let's all keep the HOPE!!!!!!!!

That sucks so bad...I almost lost both of my puppies at separate times. They seem to like to wander until they've wandered too far. Both times I cried because I couldn't imagine how scared they could've been. I keep a tight reign on both now and warn new people about the door when they come in.
I hope you find Zeke, so you can rest at ease....among other things
I also hope that whoever took him gets theirs.

Speaking of our dear Sookie, I received a message that her niece works for Clearchannel, and they have no billboards in the area close to Modesto, the clossest is Sacramento, and I think that is too far. HOw about the rest of you?

I think we have to ask if their are any Spanish Speaking people on this forum that would be willing to help us, on the found adds that need to be responded to in English and Spanish. Their are probably more Spanish speaking people in Ca. than English, and it is a possibility that a Spanish person could have bought Zeke and has not seen the posters or flyers, or has yet to take him to the Vet. It is very important that we are also represented by the Spanish community. They could be very helpful in our investigation. Maybe a start could be to see if Jose speaks spanish and English, as he was a help in the beginning. Hopefully Maureen still has his contact number.
