Hi All - I am back from the lake. Here are where things stand at this point: I posted earlier that doing a computer assisted background search to see if the people at the address where the boy lived are the same as those with the Tahoe, and using the records gained from this background search to find out who the boy's grandma is would cost $50.00 - that is a fee the website charges for the background check. I have not heard back about this. I received an email from Maureen and she does not think using the PI is something that she can do at this time. |
I personally think it would be $50.00 well spent, if we could acquire that information. What does everybody else think? |

Just to be clear, I am not soliciting new contributions to run a background check. It has simply been my goal all along to be upfront about what things cost and to post this publically since the posting public has been involved in some of the finances. In the past, my posting what a PI cost was used to solicit contributions by a 3rd party poster. I did not have anything to do with that and I want to make that clear since it appears as though some people have posted concerns about who is in charge etc. I assume Maureen is in charge. I prefer to deal directly with Maureen for that very reason. |

Who ever left that disturbing message obviously has too much time on her hands. Shipped to India??? I wouldn't believe it....It costs way too much for anyone to ship a dog out of the contry let alone India.... Besides, if it were true, Zeke would need a health certificate to go abroad and if he is microchipped, they would have scanned him and he would of come up as stolen pet. I would ignore that message..some people are sick and love to feed off others. The person who left that message is obviously a sick, twisted person. How did they get your phone # anyway?? |
