Hi Brooke, I understand your concerns and agree that publicly slandering someone who "IS" innocent, isn't very patriotic..but this guy is far from innocent...An innocent person doesn't lie and then gets flustered when his 12 year old son corrects him. I believe as much as Maureen does, that this man is the major clue to breaking this case wide open... As far as the police being busy with drug dealers, murderees, missing children....well isn't GRAND THEFT LARCENY just as important as the other crimes??????????? These sick people who have Zeke plan on selling him to God knows who to make a few $$$. The minute they stole Zeke, the gloves were off as far as I'm concerned. Put yourself im Maureens position for a moment... She has abided by the law.... Passing out fliers, banners, covering the neighborhood and TRYING to involve the police. But Zeke isn't home... is he??? So now it's time to do it her way. If the police don't care enough to even return a phone call then she must take the law into her own hands. She is a US citizen and taxpayer and has rights to. It's not like she accused some innocent Grandmother without any leads. She has 2 major leads. The man who witnessed Zeke in the area and the 2 flaky spanish women that contacted her and admitted to having Zeke. Christ, what else does she need??? I"m somehow convinced that little Modesto isn't a high crime area. If the Boston police can retrieve a missing pet in 72 hours and trust me..."Boston is full of overwhelming unsolved crimes"... What is Modestos Police Departments Problem?????? Maybe that's why these people who have Zeke aren't worried...They probably know the cops won't do anything, after all it's just a dog! Bulls**t!!!!!!!! Don't let me come there and start. They wouldn't like it one bit. My first stop would be to the police station waving law suits against them., for not doing their jobs. They took an oath to protect and serve. So get on it! I am so sick of these useless cops. |

I think what you said was a bit unfair. She in no way hinted that in her eyes Zeke is just a dog. In fact she has some valid points. |
did you find your way back |
Good morning, How's everyone this morning. As frustrated as last night? It seems to me that we need to set up our priorities. I think we need to set priority 1 as what to do if Officer N doesn't get involved. Maureen, have you thought about going over to the station in person? Do you think it will help? Love you, Judy |
Its worth a try, ask for his supervisor, speak to anyone who will listen, see if you see a female officer maybe she will have some compassion,i just dont understand people any more. |

p.s They can probably tell you first hand how they handle those type of situations as well so every thing is done within the law |

Thannk you. |
I never stated she said Zeke is just a dog...I said that's what the police think, other wise they would take this serious. I don't want to argue about it. I want to keep focused on helping Zeke get home. As far as being unfair....I don't think my frustration towards the police is unfair,,,.in fact it's well deserved. |
