| Brand New To This Site.. Hello To All Of You, My Name Is Gilbert And My 3-month Old Yorkie Is Called Boo Bah. I Took Her To The Vets Today To Get An Overall Evaluation On Her And Also Her Rabies Shot. For The First Couple Of Days It Was Hell On Earth Trying To Get Her To Pee On The Pads And I Attempted To Control Her. She Is So Active, She Loves To Prance Around And When She Sees Me Give Her A Treat For Behaving Well She Goes Beserk. She Is A Lovely Dog, And I Watch Her With An Eagle Eye When She Attempts To Pee On The Rug. She's Only Done It When My Back Is Turned Or I'm Out Of Sight. Wherever I Take Her, She Draws So Much Attention. I Took Her To Petco And Drew A Small Crowd, I Walked Outside To My Car And People Waved At Her. She Truly Is A Blessing In My Life. My First Dog Was A Maltese Tea Cup Named Crumb. Six Days After I Got Her She Died. The Vet Said It Was Due To Some Kidney Complications. I Was Devastated And Saddened For The Next Couple Of Days, I Went Around In A Funk. However, The Breeder Gave Me Boo Bah, And I Am In Love With Her. She Looks So Different After The Groomer Cut Her Matted Hair And Bathed Her. Anyway, I Would Like To Have Comments And Share Other Info About Yorkies With You. Dogs Are A Blessing In Our Life. Thanks...gilbert From Mission Hills, California |

| Gilbert and Boo Bah to YT.....Looks like your a neighbor of mine..I am in the Santa Clarita Valley (6 Flags Magic Mountain) ...so not far from you at all (just a hop/skip/jump) I used to live in Mission Hills. You are gonna love it here at Yorkie Talk....loads of super special folks who truly love their lil ones and always more than happy to help out with any ???? you may have... My lil one is 4 months old and I too have had the fun of getting her to use her potty pads...she does good with going outside, but I would also like to get her trained indoors for inclement weather... I had a Sheltie that passed away at 15 yrs of age and it took me 7 yrs to finally decide to get a new lil baby...I wonder now why I waited sooooo long as she is the love of my life and brings me soooooooo much joy and pleasure.... Please feel free to PM me at anytime...

| Congratulations - Where'd you get your Yorkie Hi Gilbert! I'm so happy for you. I haven't gotten my Yorkie yet. I live in South Orange County and am looking for a reputable breeder. Los Angeles isn't far and I'm willing to go there if need be. Would you kindly tell me where you got your Yorkie? Or anyone else out there no of reputable breeders in Los Angeles and Orange County, California? Thanks! |

| Hi Gilbert and BooBah. Welcome to YT. I know what you mean about attracking a crowd. In one way it is nice but after a while it gets to be a little bit of a pain especially if you are in a hurry and everyone wants to stop and pet it and ohhh and ahhhh over it. I think they are about the prettiest dog there is so it is no wonder everyone loves them. |
