Actually He has stayed the same .....he always had the white but a small patch on chest and lil on the chin. Now its covered his whole underbelly his eyes, legs, etc. Im thinking hmmmm this is supposed to be going away....its spreading as he get bigger! its snow white too not the light tan, silver or gray they commonly go through this is white! Doesnt matter to me either way I am just curious if anyone else had experianced this and what thier baby ended up looking like. :aimeeyork

I have heard that a lot of carriers will also have "ticking" on their bellies...does he have this? It is like freckles on his tummy.

I think he is just beautiful, I just looked all mine over and they have a small amout of white on there chest. except for joey / he is all gold & black.

ummm I know this sounds kinda personal...but his ding ding is black and so are his lil "jewels" the res is white....

No I don' have any more pictures of her. I have a couple more pictures, but she is not mine, she belongs to my breeder.

OK that post didn't make sense. I started to say that I didn't have any more pictures, then I remember she had sent more in an email, so I went to find them.

Here are some better pics (taken today) of Gizmo's white patches. I don't see any of the "freckles" mentioned. I don't think his white is as prevalent as Diggy's, but I think it's cute. The last pic was just thrown in because I thought the tongue was cute! lol

If I were you I would just wait and see! These babies are always changing colors! It would be really cool if he does end up having the gene! He is one cute furball!

All I can do is wait, your right. Like I said it's not really a big deal....It's more so I can answer when people ask why he is white and is he full bred. I mean yes, he is full, I just dont know what to say when they say why is he white? I think I am just going to start explaning the piebald gene, and he is a possible carrier. It just felt funny saying it before when I really knew nothing about it. But again...YT has totally educated me on it and I am a work in progress! Thanks all for your opinions and keep posting your babies I love the pics! :thumbup:

I come into this thread like 2 or 3 times when I am logged in just to look at your babies momma....she is GORGEOUS! If you cannot tell I am a BIG fan of unique. So interesting to learn about. Do you know when her white became so obvious or was she just always like that. I guess what I am getting at is this.....Where her white patches always this size or change like a standard yorkies does and end up white? I realize DIggys could totally just change to tan or black whatever it may be so curious how hers went.

Your Gizzys White looks like Diggy's sisters white, of the 3 sissys Ada, Bella, and Zoe all have turned tan except Ada...she is almost 2 and still has a lot of white in her chest, not near as much as Diggy but more than I see on standards.

Gizzy and Diggy look a lot alike! How funny (and cute) :D
