I want to thank each and every one of you for your advice. I agree stealing isnt the right thing to do, but it's the first thing that came to mind. However, since we are still going thru the divorce process, I just spoke with my lawyer and she is adding it into the divorce. She said even if I got them every other week, which would be better than nothing. Eventually, I think with the new gf and the kids, and the new house, she wont want them. I will wait and see. I do appreciate everyone's advice and I listened to everything everyone had to say. Thank you |

Best of luck. Including the dogs in the divorce proceedings is a good idea - it lets him know you're serious about wanting them back. Chances are, his girlfriend will get sick of having to deal with you picking up or bringing back the dogs each week and eventually pressure him to give them to you. However it comes about, I hope you get them back! |

So Sorry to hear this Tara, I sure am sorry about the difficulties you've had in seeing your dogs and the ordeal with your husband. It sounds a little similar to my situation. I didn't want to split up my dogs either. I tried to reply to your PM but it says your mailbox is full and it wouldn't let me send you a message. Hopefully you'll see this and clear out your mailbox so I can send you me phone number...I'd love to talk to you :) |

michelle i will clean it out now |

 ok, great!!! |

They could stay at home, as long as they are potty trained. I would not recommend splitting them up, especially if they have been togethor for a while. Good luck, hope everything goes the way you plan it to! PS: I would take the babies and run!!!!! |

WHAT?   I know the dogs are important, but your kids should be number 1!!!! |

I agree going to court seems like the only proper way to get them back. I'm sorry for all that has happened and hope they can be in a stable home :) |

It sounds like you've gotten plenty of advice, but I wanted to add that I live in a townhouse with no fence and mine both potty outside and we don't have a problem. I use 2 long flexi leashes and they go out my front door to a small patch of grass. I have a tie out on our patio that I use when we are grilling or sitting on the patio, otherwise I use the flexis and they go out the front door and I stand in the door or on the porch. It works extremely well considering the alternative is not having dogs. :D |
