Should I be worried? Mckenna has been sleeping more than usual today- other than when I engaged her in play a few times or when my mother came home and she ran for the door to greet her than she went back to her crate to sleep. She's sleeping right now when she's usually looking out the window at the squirrels or just playing with her toys while I'm on the computer. Nothing has happened that I can think of to make her extra tired. I just hope and pray she is not sick. The only thing I can think of is that we went to the dog park for the first time on saturday where she had lots of fun playing with the other little dogs. *Should I be worried that she's sleeping so much today?

Jake has days where he sleeps more than others. Is McKenna eating and drinking okay, and will she play if you try to play with her? Can you wake her up easily? If she seems fine other than sleeping more than usual, I wouldn't be too concerned. But, if she isn't eating or wanting to play at all, then I'd be concerned.

she's eating and drinking fine and I can wake her up easily, but she doesn't want to play as much as usual. She's also been pooping and urinating at her usual times and the stool seems normal. I guess I'll just keep an extra eye on her.

If she don't act normal.. You may want to take her temp .. she may have picked up a bug at the park.. There are viruses that can be passed around easily.. I don't expose my dogs to any other dogs.. We had an out break of Parvo in the area and even if vac's there is a 3 percent chance of them still getting it.. That really scares me.... Hope she's fine tomorrow...
