| ![]() I hope this doggie is found! Here in New York, a lot of people tie their dogs outside of stores. When i see this it always baffles me. How could you leave your dog alone outside for anyone to walk up to and take it. My friend did that and had his Sharpei stolen. Your friend should ask around to see if there is anyone in the area with a "new" dog. Also maybe calling a local news station would shed some light on this mystery. |

| ![]() Has anyone herd anything more about this? Just praying that the owner will offer a reward and the thieves will respond so she can get squirt home! I just cant get this story out of my mind and have been upset abt it since I read!

| ![]() It is one of my biggest fears which is why I will not leave my dogs at the groomers or anywhere. I live in a 24 hour guard gated community and I still lock all my doors because you never know who will steal a yorkie. When I go the dog park, I make sure I have a person for each dog I bring, because, when they are off leash and playing, it is hard to keep track of more than one. Dog thieves love dog parks. I never thought about this but I heard recently that there is a rise in the number of dogs stolen during "hawk season". People who let their dogs go outside in their fenced yard and then have them disappear. They will think they were stolen when most likely a hawk got them. Please do not let your yorkie outside alone without a leash if you have birds of prey in your area. I hope they get Squirt back! |

| ![]() That kind of stuff makes me sooooooo mad. The one good thing about my yard is if someone tries to come in after macy(yorkie) They will most likley have a very up close and personal encounter wit xaro (shep). He doesnt like anyone near the yard. He is very calm but he is overly protective of the kids and doesnt like anyone near the yard. I sure hope someone finds squirt and she is safe. Please keep us updated on what happens. I guess this is just a reminder to us all keep our lil babies close. |
