Well I needed a little levity and believe me the cow caper did it. Too funny and too cute. Thanks for the laugh.

Also I would like to volunteer as Jo's defense attorney. He is innocent until proven guilty. Bring on the evidence/dna/witnesses/pictures of crime scene.

No hoof prints (soft surface carpet leaves no prints) and no follicular tags. This is gonna be a tough case...

Thank you...I hope you won't mind teaming up with SKJ1113. I'll inform Jo he now has a defense team...I'm not sure he can pay though...he spends all his money on toys and treats.

SJK 1113 do you want to work on the opening statement in Jo's defense or the closing? We have to interview the witnesses as well and view all the evidence.

The funeral may have to be delayed so we can get an autopsy performed, what do you think?

We can't leave a stone unturned...we must prove that Jo is innocent.
Must not get rid of any evidence, could the butler have done, it in the library, with a knife???

Oh...I really don't think an autopsy is necessary. Judging by the number of pieces the cow was in I think the cause of death was pretty obvious!

Time of death was Saturday, June 9th between the hours of 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. central time. I dusted for pawprints and found nothing...these guys were good.

Joey appears to be turning over a new leaf...the thought of going to the pokey brings him to the verge of tears and he's really been a Mama's boy lately...I think he's nearing a confession.

Riley still isn't talking...we may need to put him in a whitness protection program before he feels comfortable enough to squeal. Although, that never stopped him before!

I haven't pressured the lamb yet...I'll get the mint jelly and see what I can do.

I'll keep you posted.....
