| I'm in tears... I took Sophie out to potty and she started eating a big clump of dead grass and I picked her up fast to get it out of her mouth and either she choked on the grass or the stupid harness I have for her pulled too hard on her neck and now she keeps hacking and coughing... i'm so scared. I hate that harness it's just she isn't big enough for the step in harness I got for her, I borrowed this one from my cousin just til she gets a little bigger for her other one, which is only about another inch around. I've been being so careful with it. I hope she is okay, she is now eating and drinking and chewing on toys but she is still coughing a little. |

| These thing happen to all of us. Maybe you could message her throat alittle. Maybe she got a spasm in the throat area. Their treachs are so delicate. Just watch her for awhile. I'm sure she'll be ok. |

YT Addict | I know how you feel. I agree I am sure she will be okay if she is eating drinking and playing. Then again if you are really woried you could just call the vet and they can tell you some tricks to easing your babies discomfort. I know its totaly nerve racking when they are that small. I used to be so paranoid I would wake up in the middle of the night just to check LullaBelles breathing. Once they get bigger it is less stressfull, at least for me. |

| thanks YT's I really needed to tell someone! Last night she scared me too, she didn't wake me up to potty at all and when I woke up at 5 am I thought she had died overnight! but no she was still sleeping. they are just so delicate. I'm going to get a another (smaller) harness for her even though the step in ones are rather expensive, they are priceless if it doesn't hurt her like that other one. |

One night my husband thought he rolled over and killed Prada. He kept poking her until she move. He was terrified he had hurt her and worse that I was going to kill him. | |

Toto will be 4 years old in July and we still wake up a couple of times a night to make sure she's OK. I wonder what they think when we wake them from a dead sleep and than we go back to sleep!!

| I hope Sophie is okay ... try the soft Puppia mesh harness ... it fits around the chest not the neck. Friday has an XS, her neck is 6" and her chest is 8" ... look on line, there are some for at little as $17 ... try eBay. I hope to hear Sophie is better ...
