| Three a crowd? Hi All, Well, it's summer again...so time for another yorkie????? Each summer I have had a new one. I have Teddy (male) who is two and Bailey (female) who is just over a year and I am considering a third, my husband says I am nuts? Am I??? What are your opinions? And if I do get another, should I get a male or female? Thanks, Kathy ps. we also have a labrador

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I think you're nuts ... Seriously, as long as you think you're up to the challenge, go for it! My hat is off to all the YTers with multiples. Ozzie is my velcro boy and with the kitten coming into manhood, dealing with those two is more than I can handle most of the time. Also have a 15y/o cat who has to live independently from these two because he would maim or kill them. |

| Get another one! I always say that people should have as many pets as they want, as long as they have the time, love, and money for it! I say get a boy...then it can go boy, girl, boy...girl?

| Well if you ask my husband the answer would be 3 is too many. He always says- I only have two hands- we have one to many dogs! The only time I think 3 is too many is on bath day.

| I have two yorkies, two bearded dragons, a nosy be panther chameleon, one black bear hamster and a parakeet but I'd love to get another yorkie sometime but I'm afraid hubby would disown me and the zoo. But I'll keep working on it anyway ...

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | I say go for it...as long as you can afford them and have the time and energy for them, your heart will always have room for more. I have three yorkies and a silky now and I love all of them!! I am currently at my limit for a while, but I do plan on eventually getting more in the future...it is always fun to have a puppy in the house!! LOL

| hhhmmm Tough question! I would love a third to add to my pack! but NO WAY! My boys are my life, my babies! I would love a girl! I can barely give them enough attention though, so adding another would be way too much for me to handle! But if/when I ever get married (to an animal lover no doubt) I would consider at least 2 more... I think 2 per person is adequate!

| As long as you can afford the vet bill and additional food - then why not! You only live once! |
