| Yorkie attacking?? I ran the printer the other day and Pepper went crazy. I've never heard his growling and barking that much, I swear I started worrying about that little guy choking on his own tongue . The printer is on a table that he can't reach, maybe he was protecting me because he jumped on my lap and was still trying to charge it. The worse came when he saw paper coming out, I thought he'd lose it!! I did everything to calm him, picked him up and let him look at it and sniff it, he still was trying to attack it!! I don't have that problem with other appliances - blender or vacuum... What gives??

| It is weird that its the printer that is so "scary". Ellie does the same thing with the vacuum. It gets to be really annoying and she will not stop. We just shut her in another room and let her bark from there. We even tried putting treats on the vacuum but she still doesn't like it.

| Talk about attack yorkies. I went into a local pet supply store the other day and the owner has a 8month old yorkie (Cookie) she was holding her and my daughter asked if she could pet her. She went to put her hand in the air and the owner said "Oh please don't she will attack you" and sure enough just by my daughter (Lexi) doing that Cookie went crazy growling and showing her teeth. With that a man came in and just decided to pet her well she actually bit him, saliva hanging from her mouth and all. My daughter and I just stood there kind of stund and then my daughter turns an says, "well theres a dog w/no manner" talk about wanting to crawl into a hole! But she was right! |

| Adie is like that sometimes. It happens when she is surprised by something larger than her or something she has never noticed in the house before. I swear she almost had a heart attack when my husband carried a stool through the living room. All in all though it shows a lot of courage don't you think? They are afraid but ready to fight if they have to. |

| You never no what will put them in a tizzy. For Buddy it's the ironing board. When I take it out of the laundry room he starts growling and attacks it before I can even stand it up! I have tried everything to get him to stop. I even chased him down the hall carrying the ironing board Bad mommy but I couldn't resist teasing him. I guess that didn't help. He actually hung from it with his teeth clamped into the cover Crazy pup. |

| My Ziggy does that when my husband is shoveling or using any tool. We always say she is helping him. |

| I can understand what you're saying. ZheZhe does the same with our lawn mower and weed eater, she charges and tries to bite the wheels on the lawn mower. Actually, anything that has a motorized sound. It can even be a child on a motorized toy and she tries to attack it. I don't know if she thinks it's going to hurt you or what. So, anytime we are out doors with any kind of machinary, she goes back inside. It's weird. But, I know where you're coming from. Makes you wounder what they're thinking. |

| Hmmm. That is strange. I've never heard of them acting that way with a printer.

| Yes, that was really funny to watch though... I don't use the printer that often too, it's enough for Pepper to hear that 'starting sound' when it heats up and he's up from his deepest dream with that vicious growl and bark and boy, does he run fast to get it. Then he jumps around and does that 'attack' yap. He's actually pretty funny. When I vacuum, he lies down and watches me, he used to attack the vacuum but I made him stop with water spray
