| Not going into heat again??? Tinkerbell is 18 months now, she did go into heat around mid to late October, and hasn't gone into heat again?? Is this normal It's been 8 months since her first and only period She does look a little swollen(not like the first time) but is not bleeding at all Is she ok??

Donating YT 14K Club Member | She could just be starting the beginning stages of another heat cycle. Some girls only heat once a year (every 8-11 months). It is possible that your girl may be the same way or maybe her second heat was so minute that you may have missed it.

| Mine only go into heat once a year too which is a bummer because then I end up with winter puppies instead of summer ones. |

YT Addict | hmmmm LullaBelle went into heat twice before I had her fixed and sometimes they can go into a dry heat. (In case you don't know) That is when they don't bleed but can still get pregnant, they get bloated and a bit lathargic, you know kinda like PMS but with out the Period. (If you did know sorry just wanted to cover the basics, its no implication on your inteligence) |

| i always wonder about the heat cycles. muffie was every 6 months until she was spayed. my little girl was 6 months and every 6 months (3 in aug). my coco (still a baby) is 9 months and not one heat.
