| I just looked at a receipt and the rabies shot itself was $13.30. Course there's an additional charge for the exam and other stuff I had done.

| My vet offers a special package that includes a 1 YEAR rabies shot. I paid $76.90 for Teddy last month for the total package that included, physical exam, DHPP Booster, heartworm test, 1 yr rabies, leptospirosis, fecal exam and included the price of the rabies tag. I paid an extra $16 for bordatella. I don't know how that compares to others. I live in Missouri and don't know if your location would play a part in the cost. I would be curious to know if others get the 1 year rabies, 2 yr or 3 yr??? And what would be the benefits, if any, of each.

| I am going to get GiGi her shots in a couple weeks. I am taking her down to the Humane Society shot clinic. SHots are 13.00 Rabies 8.00 and I am getting her microchipped for 15!! No office fee... They will have her information on file too so if she gets lost and turned into them, they will know that she is mine.

| Not really, my mom use to do it for free!! NOW I HAVE TO pay!!! Just kidding. I was so glad when I found a clinic coming up so soon!! The only problem is being there for awhile with a bunch of dogs you know nothing about. Last time, I waited an hour or something, with two puppies but you sure cant beat the prices!! I am going to be there right when they open! Luckily it is just 5 minutes from my house

| You can try the Humane Society. They normally do shots at an affordable rate. |

YT 500 Club Member | Check with Petco in your city, if you are close. They also have a clinic regularly. At least they do in our city. The vet there is very good. We took our cat for his rabies there. It is very reasonable.

| Yes, petco is good for shots as well. Sometimes they have weird hours though...

| Slades was $8. In some areas (pretty sure NY is one) they give them for free, at least in some of the rural counties since it is a required shot and rabies is so bad in some areas.
