| Buying my new baby hopefully soon! Uk members: any advice on breeders? Hi guys, Well it's been just over two weeks since i lost my darling Heidi and i'm missing her terribly, everytime i think of her my heart aches. I'm now starting my search for my new bundle of fun that i will hopefully be spending the next 14 years or so of my life with! I have been in contact by email with one breeder down in Dorset (couple of hours drive from me) and she is a Kennel Club Accredited breeder i got her details from the Kennel Club website. She sells her pups for around £550, she seems very nice and has sent me lots of pictures of her pups from her previous litters and they are all very gorgeous! she is the only breeder i have been in touch with at the moment and she does seem very Responsible/Reputable and very passionate about her Yorkies which fills me with confidence. She recently had pups born, 3 bitches (all spoken for) and 3 dogs, I'm after another little girl so i'm going to be sensible and wait to get exactly what i want, so i'm hoping she may have a litter later this year. I went shopping today...and bought the most gorgeous cosy pink Igloo bed and some little puppy toys! i just couldn't resist and i thought it was a good idea to start buying/preparing now even if it may be months yet before i get my new baby (any excuse to shop!) Can't help but feel a bit guilty though everytime i get excited about getting my new baby...i still miss my Heidi so much, but this has put a smile back on my face and i have something to look forward to now.

| I'm excited that you've found a breeder! Its great that your willing to wait to get exactly what you want! I'm sure Heidi is happy to know you'll have a new companion in no time!

| It still feels alittle too soon at the moment, but i am very much looking forward to having a new lively little baby back in the house! Anyone in the UK able to recommend a breeder that they maybe got their baby from? I think i like this breeder from Weymouth but i would like to keep my options open also. Where are all the Uk members? we seem to be very few and far between on here! allthough it is lovely to talk to people across the globe especially when they are Yorkie nuts like me! x
