I think Marlin is very cute!! Misha would be great too!

Fasteddie, I love Mimi! But that is what we call my grandma and I had actually thought about that name for Mei Mei, but my grandma said absolutely not!! LOL!

Hahah, well, ya gotta listen to Grandmama! Mei Mei is neat, very, very distinct and different, are you an Asian? Because Mei Mei means sister (I think little sister) in Chinese...

Hey fasteddie,

I am not asian, but my husband is chinese! I thought Mei Mei meant "pretty pretty" in chinese? I will have to ask him again.

I believe the Panda Bear here in San Diego at the zoo, is named Mei Mei, and she is quite famous around here! I have always liked that name and decided to name my little yorkie Mei Mei after Mimi (grandma) said 'No' to that name!! LOL

Ahh, well, in Chinese many 'words' sound the same but have different meanings, yes, now I remember Mei Mei can mean 'pretty' too!

By the way, my daughter has a yr. old Italian Greyhound named Mojo.

I thought "Mei Mei" means "little sister."

And "Pow Lang" means "pretty."

Those are two of the seven chinese words I actually know, besides some dim sum words and "Can I have ice water" and "Can I have a fork" and "I gotta take a dump."

I just named my little boy Ceasar. He's 12 weeks. Now I'm getting a little girl and I'm looking for a big name for her.

"big" Biblical name for him like:
Samson, Goliath, King David or Abraham.
