Good day my dear Yorkie friend friesianlady,

Please don't feel that way, you and everyone of the friends here, have given all you could possibly give from the very beginning, when you opened your hearts to me, gave all your heart is capable of, what more can you or could anyone give that is greater or of a more, shall I say priceless value, when one give's with their whole heart, there just isn't anymore to give, as much as we may wish to, you have done more than enough, just by caring, being a friend, and I am grateful for that in it's self. thank you my friend.

Papi...How are you today? Do you have everything you'll need all ready for the new arrival? It's going to be a lot different having a puppy around. Are you going to have anyone with you, friends or family or even a YT member or two, when you are waiting for little Patticake to arrive. I wish I could be there, holding your hand, waiting with such anticipation...gosh I seem to me as nervous and excited as you. You really have Kassie to thank for this, without her memory, your tribute to her...this may never have happened. We all wish you the best, because you are the best, if you didn't care for Kassie in the loving manner that you did, and felt compelled to share it with us...wow, this is truly a remarkable chapter in your life, and I want to read the entire book!!! Let us know if there's anything else we can do...

My dear friend Kathy, all YorkieTalker's,

May I offer my condolence's for the loss of your father to cancer, even though it may be 6 years ago, as many of you, I also lost a beloved one to cancer, and I know how we are left with an empty shell of a heart, their's a piece of us been torn away, though we may recall them with ever such fond memories of love, a photograph, an article of clothing, their smile, their joy of living, sadly we know it's never the same, what truly remains is our hope that one day we will hold them once more in our arms, this takes as we know extraordinary faith.

In the interim for you my friend's who have lost your Father, Dad, Grandfather and I pray not so, a Son, for you laurenr who realated to me your heart warming feelings of your Dad, I promise to reply to you soon, I so desire to, I haven't forgotten you.

For you my friends perhaps these words may help you to know how I feel about each of you, understand what's in my heart, how often I cried at hearing your loss.

My friends,I hope you can understand the depth of love in these words.

I am so grateful for the many wonderful things you attribute to me, though somewhat embarrassing believe me, that you would even consider me as an adopted father/daughhter symbol, If I may would like to formerly accept the adoption, and now officially adopt you as my Yorkie daughters, and I was thinking I was so lonely, how in the world can I ever keep up with all you girls ? my solace, comfort will be you all have Yorkie Heart's, if you were otherwise I could never take on the reponsiblity, of such an honorable task.

And yes, I can understand the depth of love in those words...Looking forward to many, many happy memories of you. It really does seem like I've known you a lifetime, but I see that we both became members here at YT in the same month, March 2007. We both came here for different reasons, but I'm so happy we did, it's my pleasure to be a part of your life. Hugs!!!

Dear Papi,
I'm so happy to see the yorkie train has departed and is heading for the Edison Station:D :D :D . Although Patti will never replace Kassie, she will be a new life and a new experience and will grow to hold another special place in your heart. They take that little black nose, worm their way in and take over your entire life. No two are alike and we can't compare them to each other, we just learn to love them for themselves. I'm so happy for you. When we lose a beloved animal we feel we can't replace them and will never ever get another but as time goes by that caring and nurturing takes over and we realize that there is one out there that needs us to love as much as we need to love them. I wish you the best!

I got the kleenex by the computer now..... Every time you post your caring, loving, warm words just get the tears rolling down my face.:cry8:

You have got to be the kindest, sweetest, most gentle man and boy do you you know how to express your self in writing.... You tell it like it is and from your heart too. You say what I think alot of people would like to say but cant get the words to come out right!!!

I say a prayer for you everyday in hopes that your life becomes easier and less painfull when your sweet "PATTICAKE" sits in your arms.:Puppy2:

I dont know you, but i sure feel close to you and I want to let you know that you have really touched my "HEART". I wish for you only happiness for the rest of you life and that Patticake brings you all the joy and love you deserve!!!

Every time I open this thread I start crying I think I need to keep the tissues by the computer as well.

I love patticake I think it is perfect. I am praying for a safe trip for the train drivers! I hope your journey is safe. I can't wait to see Papy with Patticake!! Papy I am still praying for your heart to heal.
