| Question About Immunizations This is probably such a silly question, but I will worry and stress not knowing. Livi is going for her second round of shots today and I was going to use a carrier to take her in instead of her kennel. I bought this carrier about a month ago from ebay and thought she would be more comfortable in it. Since the previous seller said that she had used it for her dog a few times, I wanted to ask you guys what you thought about Livi being it without having all of her shots. I thought I had read that certain diseases could live up to six months. I know, I am being super paranoid but I don't want little Livi to get sick. I told you it's a silly question, but can you guys tell me what you think? Thanks! Tammy |

| I would think if you spray it with lysol and let it dry. that would kill any germs that were in it. |

| I thought about doing something like that but, and this will tell you how much I stress over everything....I was afraid that Livi would then lick off what I sprayed on the carrier. |

| I would probably wash it with some very strong germ killing cleaner and rinse it, then let it sit for awhile. I would even do this if my dog had all her shots. I don't like the thought of something coming from someone else that I don't know without me cleaning it. I would also be very concerned that the dog would lick the cleaner even after it is dry. We must think alike.

| I would spray it with lysol or something, and then wipe it down with a cloth and water. What type of carrier is it? Is it easily washable?

| Thank you all for your help! I was too worried to use the carrier that I was asking about. I ended up using a bigger one that is brand new. Maybe I will feel more comfortable with the other one once she has had all of her shots. Thanks again! Tammy |
