| That poor Yorkie had to go from JFK to Portland, Portland to JFK, sit at JFK for 5 days, and now she's going BACK to Portland tomorrow?!?!? OMG! This makes me furious !!!!!!!!!!! On one hand, it's good that the family has finally agreed to take her so she can start receiving some love and attention, but at the same time, they obviously wanted a bulldog (why else would they have sent her BACK after seeing she was the wrong breed), so why are they settling for a Yorkie now?!?! Of course, all of us on YT would say they got the better end of the deal, but if they wanted a bull dog, they wanted a bull dog, and I hope to God they love that Yorkie as much as they would've loved the bull dog they originally wanted. How sad! And I hape they get some justice for what that breeder/broker did! |

Although I dont know the buyer (as I said he husband called for advice) how were they to know the seller wouldnt honor their contract, send the right dog, not pick up the puppy on the return flight. They contacted the seller as soon as they got to the airport leaving messages of their mistake which obviously IT WASNT merely a shipping mistake...HE had no bulldogs!

BANNED! | OMG I hope the little yorkie is ok thru all of this...Its awful for a poor innocent puppy to have to sit for 5 days at an airport in limbo. What a horrible story, it hurts my heart just thinking of the poor baby. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Oh MAN ! why would someone LEAVE that poor little thing at the airport ? That makes me sick - the puppy is the one suffering over someones stupid mistake and I hope she is going to be ok ...I hope they can take action over that JERK of a breeder and WIN ! He doesn't deserve to have any dogs if that's how little he cares about them...that's just plain wrong. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Too add to my above post - the people who wanted the bulldog should also hit the internet with their story- there are some breed specific boards just like this one and you should put a post in the review section here - these reviews DO come up on Google....the more talk about what these people did the better informed people will be ...with so many people using the net it's a great tool And ALL THE BEST TO THAT LITTLE yorkie girl - she must be terrified |

| I feel so sorry for the puppy. You know he had to be scared to death. Only to be refused and sent back and then to end up at the same place. I understand they didn't want a Yorkie and that is ok. I just don't think they should have refused him. It would have been better on the puppy to take him home and then call the breeder and go from there. I am shocked that the puppy even made it back alive.

| I'm not saying I wouldn't of kept the puppy because i love puppies. But i believe in order to recoup on an error made by the seller you have to refuse the product at delivery in order to have any chance of recouping your payment. I know a puppy isn't a product, but had they kept it they would of had no chance in getting there money back or the correct puppy. The only person to blame in this is the breeder. They should of sent the right puppy in the first place & picked up the puppy when it was returned; obviously this A-hole could care less about the well being of these animals.

In addition to the internet, they should contact the NEWS!! I'd call every radio station and news channel and get them to do a story on it!! I'd SHAME Puppy Elite for what they did! And the worst part of all this is ... no one wants that little Yorkie girl. It's not that family's fault ... they wanted a Bulldog and were promised one but were deceived. I just feel so sorry for that little girl. I can't belive that a$$ hole left her at the airport for FIVE days!!!
