help?Bebe is peeing & pooing inside out of the blue Dear fellow furbaby lovers~ I need your help. My Bebe always pees and poos outside. he does not like pee pads and we have a neighbor walk him while we are at work and very seldom has an accident. Well all of a sudden out of the blue he is doing inside. He is 1 yr.3 mo old. I am thinking bc it is getting warmer out he is marking his territory?? We used to have a cat. There were also dog visitors last week that came with my groomer and he started right after that -could it be the other dog smells??? Any suggestions to get him to stop and go back outside? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

It could be one of the other dogs peed in a spot and you didn't know it - dogs seem to like to pee where they smell pee..... Just a thought.......... but Good Luck! Maybe if you can use some kind of cleaner that gets rid of urine smells -it might help. Cyndi & Sweetie

We do have cleaner that is suppose to eliminate the odor but he doesnt care-he has been going on the scatter rugs and floor. We are still taking him outside and he goes there too!!! OMG this is going to drive me crazy!!! I dont mind so much the pooing cuz they are little and dont leave odor like urine does, but my hubby flips out

Ooohhh...I'm sorry to hear that Bebe has had a setback, but I can't offer any advice for you. Sukoshi only uses the potty pads, and she doesn't even realize she CAN go outside in the yard. It's funny because we'll have her out there for awhile playing, and as soon as we bring her in, she runs to her potty pad and goes. We keep telling her she CAN go outside, but I guess she likes her pads. I hope you figure it out soon! You could be right about marking his territory though since the other dog smells are there. I know my mother-in-law's male jack russel does that in their house after the female has laid near any of "his spots". Sorry I'm not more help!
